How we collect, use, share, protect and retain personal data, and how you can exercise your rights.
Who controls the data
DigitLead Energy is a commercial initiative operated by 深圳数领出海科技有限公司, Room 1107, 11th Floor, YueMeiTe Building, No. 1 Gaoxin South 7th Road, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, China. For this website, the organization determines the purposes and means of the processing described below.
The privacy contact and data-protection officer channel is the privacy rights form. It creates a trackable request without asking you to upload identity documents in the first step.
Data we collect
We may collect your name, company, business profile, email, WhatsApp or phone, product interests, expected volume, project details, language and the content of your request. For privacy requests, we collect name, email, request type and the details you voluntarily provide.
Security and delivery providers may process IP address, browser, device, timestamps, request logs, security events and authentication information. Cookie choices are stored on your device. We do not ask for sensitive personal data, bank data or identity documents in public forms.
Purposes and legal bases
- Answer inquiries and prepare quotations: consent and steps requested before a possible contract.
- Develop B2B relationships: legitimate interests, with reasonable expectations, data minimization and the right to object.
- Operate and secure the site: legitimate interests, fraud prevention and security.
- Fulfill legal duties and protect rights: compliance with legal or regulatory obligations and the exercise of rights in proceedings.
- Handle privacy requests: compliance with the LGPD and related regulations.
We do not use contact-form data for unrelated mass marketing without an appropriate legal basis and a clear opt-out.
Retention
Commercial inquiries are normally retained for up to 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Privacy requests and response records may be retained for up to five years to demonstrate compliance. Security logs follow the provider’s security and legal retention periods. Cookie preferences remain on the device until removal or replacement.
Data may be kept longer when required by law, a contract, dispute or legal hold, and may be deleted or anonymized earlier when no longer necessary.
Your LGPD rights
Subject to verification and applicable law, you may request confirmation of processing; access; correction; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or unlawfully processed data; portability where regulated; information about sharing; information about consent choices; withdrawal of consent; objection; review of decisions based solely on automated processing; and a complaint to your local data protection authority.
Use the privacy rights form. We may request proportionate identity confirmation through a separate channel before disclosing or changing data. We currently make no decision producing legal or similarly significant effects solely by automated processing.
Security and incidents
We apply access controls, protected administration, data minimization, input validation, separation of public and administrative routes and service-provider security controls. No system is risk-free, so we review incidents and, where required, notify affected individuals and the relevant authority.
Do not send passwords, bank details, government identifiers or sensitive records through the website forms.
Children and teenagers
This is a B2B website and is not directed to children or teenagers. We do not knowingly seek their personal data. If such data are identified without an appropriate basis and safeguards, we will take reasonable steps to delete them.
Changes and contact
Material changes will be reflected on this page with a new update date. Requests about this policy should be submitted through the privacy channel. You may also contact or petition your local data protection authority through its official channels.
